Terms of Service

Viewflow PRO is provided by Viewflow LLP (ТОО «Viewflow»), Astana, Kazakhstan ("we"). Contact: mikhail@viewflow.io.

Viewflow core is open source under its own license. Viewflow PRO is a commercial software subscription (editions CRUD, Single and Unlimited) that adds features on top of the core, as described on viewflow.io/pro.html. Each edition licenses the software for the number of commercial projects stated in its description. The license is tied to the email address used at purchase and is not transferable.

PRO is an annual subscription that renews automatically each year at the then-current price of your edition until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. When a subscription lapses you lose access to the private package index and priority support and receive no further updates, but you keep the right to run the versions you already have.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who charges the price, issues the invoice and collects applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing mikhail@viewflow.io.

After purchase we email your access details to the address you used at checkout, normally within 24 hours.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. Material changes to an active subscription are communicated by email.
